The Clonmel Potters
Gifts, Collectibles & Artware

HISTORY
BELVA
DONALD
TECHNICAL

The Clonmel Potters have operated from a small studio in St Mary, Jamaica since July 1976. Over the years they have created artware in a range of media including earthenware, stoneware and porcelain from locally occurring materials with current output being mainly in stoneware. The Clonmel Potters take pride in attending to each piece personally, ensuring the highest standards possible. Items produced include:

  • One of a kind pieces
    • Custom orders for tableware sets & wedding tokens
      • Corporate commemorative items
        • Gifts and souvenir pieces
  • And more
The ware produced is food safe, no poisonous material such as lead is used. The pieces are also microwave and dishwasher safe and suitable for oven use. They are not however recommended for open flame or stove top use.

The Clonmel Potters Gallery which was opened in Kingston in 1993 has been closed since January 2005. Our new Gallery is now open, at Clonmel. See pictures of Gallery here.

SkyWritings featured The Clonmel Potters in their
Nov. - Dec. 2005 issue in an article entitled 'The Happy Potters'.
